適用(yong)工況(kuang)：用(yong)于輸送(song)易(yi)汽(qi)化（汽(qi)化壓力大于0.5bar）不(bu)含顆(ke)粒(li)的介(jie)質。如液(ye)化氣、液(ye)氯、四氯化硅等(deng)。

結構特點：易汽化型單級屏(ping)蔽(bi)泵(beng)，內增(zeng)壓循環(huan)方式，無外(wai)接(jie)管路。

排氣(qi)方式：自動排氣(qi)。只要把出入口閥門打(da)開即可實現。

Applicable working conditions: used for conveying medium which is easy to vaporize (vaporization pressure greater than 0.5 bar) without particles. Such as liquefied gas, liquid chlorine, silicon tetrachloride and so on.

Structure features: easy to vaporize single-stage shield pump, internal pressurization cycle, no external nozzle.

Exhaust mode: automatic exhaust. Just open the inlet and outlet valve.
